2. Under 'Authenticated Log in', enter your user id and password and click on 'Submit'.

How to Pay the Tax Amount via Portal

The process that must be followed to pay the tax amount is given below:

1. Click on the Parivahan Checkpost Portal
2. Click on 'Tax Payment'.
3. Select the state in which you reside.
4. Under 'Service Name', select the service applicable.
5. Click on 'Go'.
6. You will be directed to a new page where you will have to enter the vehicle number. Click on 'Get Details'.
7. Fill the fields which have not been filled automatically.
8. Click on 'Calculate Tax'.
9. Once the tax amount payable has been calculated, click on 'Pay Tax' to pay the amount.
10. Click on 'Continue' and choose a payment method of your choice to complete the payment.
11. Once the payment has been done, you will receive the receipt for the same. Save it for future reference.

How to Print Payment Receipts

The payment receipt can be printed by following the amount mentioned below:

1. Click on the Parivahan Checkpost Portal
2. Click on 'Payment Receipt.
3. Select the state and enter the vehicle number.
4. Click on 'Get Details'.
5. The records related to the payment of tax will be displayed on the screen. You can then proceed to download the print or directly get it printed as well.

How to Check Pending Transaction

The procedure to check a pending transaction is given below:

1. Click on the Parivahan Checkpost Portal
2. Click on 'Check Pending Transaction'. You will be directed to a new page.
3. Enter the vehicle number and click on 'Get Details'.
4. You will be able to view all the relevant information including the amount payable on your screen. You can then proceed to complete the payment choosing a payment mode of your choice.
5. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a receipt for the same which you must save for future reference.

How to Check Details of Receipt

The below-mentioned procedure can be followed to check the details of the receipt:

1. Click on the Parivahan Checkpost Portal
2. Click on 'Check Receipt Details'. You will be directed to a new page.
3. Either select the options 'Receipt Number' or 'Vehicle Number' and enter the number for the same.
4. Select the state and click on 'Get Details'.
5. You will get all the details of your receipt displayed on your screen.

How to Reverify Failed Transactions

Follow the procedure give below to reverify any transactions that have failed:

1. Click on the Parivahan Checkpost Portal
2. Click on 'Reverify Failed Transactions'. You will be directed to a new page.
3. Select the state and enter your vehicle number.
4. Click on 'Get Details'. All the necessary information will be displayed on your screen.
