Saraswat Bank offers home loans of up to Rs.300 lakh (per dwelling unit) for a maximum tenure of 20 years at competitive rates starting from 7.35% p.a. Women applicants can enjoy a concession of 0.50% on the existing rate. The processing fee ranges from Rs.2,500 to Rs.7,500 depending on the loan amount.

Top Up Loan: 

  1. Loan amount: Rs.10 lakh (for repairs, additions, or alterations) 
  1. Repayment period: Maximum of 17 years or residual period of Housing Loan (whichever is less) 
  1. Rate of interest: 0.75% per annum 
  1. For repairs and renovation: Loan amount is Rs.10 lakh in metro and Rs.6 lakh in other centers.
