CNG Prices Hiked in Major Cities from 16 November 2025

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has increased the price of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) by Rs.1 per kilogram, effective from 16th November. The revised rates apply to Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad (excluding Hapur), and Kanpur. In the NCR region, the prices have now risen from Rs.84.70 per kg to Rs.85.70 per kg. In Ghaziabad GA (except Hapur), it has increased from Rs.84.70 per kg to Rs.85.70 per kg and Rs.87.92 per kg to Rs.88.92 per kg in Kanpur. This hike in price may increase transportation costs for buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. The price revision was necessary because of fluctuations in natural gas prices and to maintain smooth operations.
